Return & Exchange Policy

At Manvicare, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all feminine hygiene products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

All other products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Exchange Process

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
